Bringing Agile Innovation to STEAM Education

We’re thrilled to announce that Kevin Epps, CEO of Digital Brilliance Hour (DBH), along with educators Caleb Stowe and Josiah Laster, will be leading an engaging session at the Science for All Summit 2025 in Chapel Hill, NC. The session, titled “Own the Game: Demystifying STEAM through SCRUM,” will take place on feb 20 from 1:45p-2:45p and promises to deliver an immersive experience blending game development, music production, and Agile project management.

This interactive workshop is designed for educators, professionals, and college students, providing a real-world demonstration of SCRUM methodologies—the industry-standard framework used to break down large projects into manageable, iterative tasks. Through a hands-on activity, attendees will create a 30-45 second music loop in Bandlab, integrate it into a game using GitHub, and witness their contribution in action.
